This page explains what happens to the information you send us through teamautomotive.ca. Team Auto is an auto repair shop at 1270 Simcoe St N, Oshawa, ON L1J 4X4.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we receive what you type into the form: your vehicle, the service you need, the day you prefer, your phone number and, if you give it, your email address. We also keep basic server logs (such as the time of the request) to keep the site working.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, confirm a time and do the work on your car. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

The request is emailed to the shop through an email delivery service. The website is hosted by a web hosting provider. These services handle the data only to deliver the site and the email.
